LO! , 2007-2009

In 2007 Adina wrote about this performance in these words: "My Life Companion has lost his ability to speak but repeats "Lo" - namely, No! in Hebrew – whenever he wished to express something.
Danny, my life companion, is an Army casualty and some how I also find this situation poetic.
This performance is about "Poetic License”.

Despite the above text this performance is quite abstract; An area of 2X2 meters is defined by white lines (Isolation Bands). On the white lines twigs, 2 peppers and a rusty helmet filled with vegetables, small paint containers tied to twigs and a baby`s shirt.

On what appears as an installation, with audience seated on the floor around it, I perform - touching, lifting and moving the element from place to place. The placement of my body, and its movement, become comparable to the other objects on the lined floor.
The lined floor may resemble a note book where an attempt is made to spell out, with objectsts and body, the experience of assembling and dissembling".

My Life Companion has lost his ability to speak but repeats "Lo" - namely, No! in Hebrew – whenever he wished to express something.
